Accepting These Terms
By creating an account, browsing profiles, or otherwise using the Military Hearts military dating site (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be 18 or older to use Military Hearts.
The Service is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over who reside in the United States. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, that all information you provide is accurate, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Military Hearts welcomes active duty service members from every branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, veterans, retirees, military spouses re-entering the dating world, and civilians who specifically wish to meet military singles.
Accounts found to belong to minors are removed immediately upon discovery and reported to the appropriate authorities. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time.
Account Registration and Honest Profiles
To use most features of our military dating site, you must register an account. When you register, you agree to the following responsibilities:
- Provide truthful information. Your name, age, location, branch of service (if applicable), and relationship intent must be accurate. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate termination.
- Use your own photos. All profile images must depict you as you currently look. Stolen, AI-generated, or stock photography is prohibited.
- Keep credentials secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for every activity that occurs under your account.
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts, sock-puppets, and impersonation of service members are strictly forbidden.
- Notify us of breaches. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team without delay.
Military Hearts may, at its sole discretion, request additional verification - including photo confirmation and optional service review - to maintain the integrity of the community.
Rules of Conduct for Our Members
Military Hearts is a relationship-first platform. The following expectations apply to every interaction on the Service:
You are encouraged to
- Communicate with respect, honesty, and good faith.
- Honor OPSEC and protect your match's personal information.
- Take conversations at the pace that feels right for both parties.
- Report behavior that violates these Terms.
- Treat every member as you would want a family member treated online.
You may not
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any member.
- Post sexually explicit, hateful, or illegal content.
- Solicit money, gifts, cryptocurrency, or financial favors.
- Use the Service for commercial promotion or recruiting.
- Scrape, copy, or harvest profiles or data.
Zero Tolerance for Scams and Catfishing
Romance scams and impersonation of service members are grounds for immediate, permanent removal.
Military Hearts actively works to detect and remove romance scammers, catfish accounts, and organized fraud rings - including coordinated schemes in which bad actors impersonate single women, exchange illicit content with service members, and then deploy a fake "lawyer" or "angry father" to demand money. Such schemes have damaged the careers, finances, and credit of countless service members. We will not tolerate them on this platform.
You agree never to send money or financial information to anyone you have not met in person, and to report suspicious behavior immediately. Please review our Safety Tips and our guide to avoiding military dating scams before engaging in private conversations.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal
Registration, profile creation, photo verification, and browsing verified profiles are free. Premium features - including unlimited private messaging and advanced filters - require a paid subscription.
Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis depending on the plan you select. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
Auto-Renewal
To prevent interruption, paid plans automatically renew at the end of each term at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings.
Refunds
Except where required by applicable consumer-protection law, payments are non-refundable. If you experience a billing error, contact support within thirty (30) days and we will review the charge in good faith.
Content Ownership and Intellectual Property
All site design, source code, trademarks, logos, and editorial content on Military Hearts are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload but grant Military Hearts a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content as needed to operate the Service.
Account Suspension and Termination
You may close your account at any time from your settings page or by contacting support. Closure is processed promptly, and your profile is removed from public view immediately.
Military Hearts may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, abuses other members, attempts fraud, or otherwise undermines the integrity of the community. We may do so without prior notice when the safety of members requires immediate action. No refund is owed for accounts terminated for cause.
Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Military Hearts does not guarantee that you will meet a match, form a relationship, or marry as a result of using the Service. We do not conduct criminal background checks on members and we are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Military Hearts, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages - including lost profits, data, goodwill, or emotional distress - arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Military Hearts from any claim arising out of your violation of these Terms, your content, or your interactions with other members.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Where permitted by law, disputes may first be submitted to binding individual arbitration; class actions and class arbitrations are waived.
